Damages incurred to the apartment or furnishings (furniture or appliances) that are judged to be outside “normal wear and tear”. This may include breakages to dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, etc, depending on the extent of damage. |

Phone call charges (the line is provided, but actual call charges would be billed back at cost). International calls are not possible, but phone calling cards are provided for use. |

Internet set-up fees should there be interface problems with the Internet service provided, or if special settings/wireless connections, etc. are required. |

House contents insurance for privately owned items such as clothes and personal belongings. |

“Pay-per-view” satellite TV channels, and any other channel packages outside the 68 channels offered. |
